SHIPPING INFO

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. 

***We offer FREE shipping on all orders $50+ within the contiguous U.S. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update via our shipping carriers.

We cannot replace stolen packages at this time. If our shipping carriers confirm your item is lost during delivery, please contact us at info@paigescandleco.com. We will host an investigation with our shipping carrier. If confirmed as lost by our carrier and carrier agrees to compensate the missing package, we reserve the right to replace, refund, or offer in-store credit for same amount.

STUDIO CLOSURES

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our candle studio is closed on the following dates:

Thursday 11/24/2022 and Friday 11/25/2022
Monday 12/26/2022 to 1/2/2023

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns at this time. We encourage you to try before you buy! If you would like to sample our products, you may receive free samples located on our collections page.

If your order arrives damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please email us at info@paigescandleco.com. Include photos of the damages with your order number and someone from our team will be in touch within 48 hours. 

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
