SHIPPING INFO
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
***We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75+ within the contiguous U.S. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update via our shipping carriers.
We cannot replace stolen packages at this time. If our shipping carriers confirm your item is lost during delivery, please contact us at info@paigescandleco.com. We will host an investigation with our shipping carrier. If confirmed as lost by our carrier and carrier agrees to compensate the missing package, we reserve the right to replace, refund, or offer in-store credit for same amount. For all claims, you will be required to sign an insurance form that will be sent via a link to your email address.
STUDIO CLOSURES
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. We will replace any products damaged during shipment. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund the cost of the product minus the actual shipping costs.
In the event a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund for the damaged items. If the damaged item was the only item in your order, we will refund the full cost, including shipping.
Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to us at info@paigescandleco.com within seven (7) days of delivery. You may also exchange your unused or unopened product for another product of the same size, type, and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
You may exchange your unused or unopened product for another of the same size, type, and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, which are non-refundable. We offer a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 for all return shipments under 5 lbs, and $16.99 for items over 5 lbs.
To initiate an exchange, please inform us of the item you wish to receive. Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice for the applicable shipping fee ($9.99 or $16.99, depending on the weight). This fee covers the cost of the shipping label, which you must print and affix to your return package.
Your exchange will be processed once we receive your returned package in unused and undamaged condition. Please ensure your items are packed securely. We recommend reusing our eco-friendly packaging and adding additional eco-friendly bubble wrap and packing peanuts if necessary. Unfortunately, if items arrive damaged, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please note that once you receive a return shipping label, you have up to an additional 14 days to return your item. Exchanges are not applicable for items shipped outside of the United States.
