***We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75+ within the contiguous U.S. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update via our shipping carriers.
We cannot replace stolen packages at this time. If our shipping carriers confirm your item is lost during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com. We will host an investigation with our shipping carrier. If confirmed as lost by our carrier and carrier agrees to compensate the missing package, we reserve the right to replace, refund, or offer in-store credit for same amount.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any damages. We will replace products for any damages during shipment. In the event a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund. If you wish to opt in for a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund your product minus the actual cost of shipping.
Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of delivery. You may also exchange your unused or unopened product for another product of the same size, type, and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
