Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any damages. We will replace products for any damages during shipment. In the event a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund. If you wish to opt in for a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund your product minus the actual cost of shipping. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to us at info@paigescandleco.com within seven (7) days of delivery. You may also exchange your unused or unopened product for another product of the same size, type, and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you would like to sample our products, you may receive free samples located on our collections page (This will save you the hassle of returns!)
Additional items ineligible for refund:
- Sale Items (including items purchased with a Discount Code)
- Customized Items
- Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Gift Cards
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Lost or stolen items
- Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any order where the tracking states it has been delivered. We do offer reshipments once our shipping carriers fulfill our shipping claim
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
